We find that interviewing the candidates by an expert is very beneficial, these experts can ask very detailed and precise questions. These interviews can help provide a deeper insight to into their ability to perform at a job. The interviewer will also provide feedback to job seeker so they can better understand the job market for their current skills and background.
Employment and educational background checks are part of our basic service however we can also provide , criminal, credit and motor vehicle license checks. All of our background checks done follow the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) and the FCRA compliance regulations.
Candidates undergo testing to determine their skill level and potential job performance. These tests include typing, computer proficiency, soft skills, and industry-related performance assessments. These results are combined with motivation level, personality, and cognitive skills testing. Other testing is available such as Criminal Record Check, Driving Record Check,Credit Check, and Education Verification.
